Home Watch in an HOA or condo community

Tell us your community name when arranging your assessment. Before the first visit, we confirm who authorizes vendor access, any registration or insurance-document requirements, permitted entry hours and the boundary between your private property and association-maintained areas.

A master association, a neighborhood HOA and a condo association may have different responsibilities. Share your management contact through our private onboarding process; never post gate or alarm codes in the public assessment form.

Outside these areas?

Choose “Another Florida location” on the form and share your ZIP code. We’ll let you know whether we can serve your property before arranging a visit.

Seasonal homes, condos and frequent travel

Tell us whether your property is a detached home, condo or townhome and how long you expect to be away. Building entry rules, accessible areas and association responsibilities help determine the visit plan. Shared building systems are not assumed to be part of your private-home service.

How to confirm service at your address

Start with your county, ZIP code and property type in the free assessment form. We review route availability and contact you to discuss a suitable time. A website request is not a confirmed appointment.

Before visits begin, we agree on the checklist, frequency, reporting, access instructions and rate. For seasonal stays, share both your departure and expected return so we can plan your visits around occupancy.

What to bring to your assessment

Tell us when you will be away, how often you would like visits and any property concerns. We discuss access instructions privately; do not include entry or alarm codes in the website form.
