Property sizes & custom quotes
Square footage is interior living area under air. Condo care covers your unit and agreed private areas; shared systems remain with the association. Condos over 2,000 sq ft receive a custom quote. Larger homes, unusual access requirements, additional structures, waterfront/complex properties, or properties requiring substantially more time: Custom quote after property assessment.
What is included in the visit rate?
Your agreed visual checks, authorized routine tasks, photos, readings and full report in the homeowner portal. Non-routine work is confirmed separately before it starts.
Why weekly or every 14 days?
Too much can change in an unattended Florida home over the course of a month. Lantern offers Weekly and Every-14-Days Home Watch so developing issues have a better chance of being observed sooner. Confirm any insurance visit requirements with your own insurer.
