Arrange care for the time you are away
Tell us when you leave, when you expect to return and which parts of the property need attention. Your assessment establishes the accessible areas, authorized tasks, contact instructions and confirmed rate.
For a condominium or managed community, we clarify the boundary between private-unit checks and the association’s responsibilities. Community access must be arranged before visits begin.
Use Flagler County’s official resources
Flagler County Emergency Management provides preparedness information and a hurricane evacuation planning-zone map. Use the county’s current instructions when a weather event threatens.
ALERTFlagler is a no-cost service with notifications based on enrolled addresses. Review the address and delivery options so relevant updates can reach you while away.
Keep service instructions specific
At onboarding, identify your climate settings, required readings, approved vendors and any building access limits. If you already use property sensors, specify who receives those alerts and who is authorized to respond.
After a Lantern visit, your private report shows completed checks, photographs and recorded findings. Urgent concerns are communicated to you or your designated contact.
Add help for arrivals and property requests
Active Home Watch clients receive up to three complimentary concierge services annually, with scope and timing agreed before each request. Purchases, materials and third-party charges are separate.
