Who can see my reports and property details?
Your reports are available through your private homeowner account and to your Lantern team. Access is arranged during onboarding. Public demonstrations only use fictional records.
Will every home receive all 123 checks?
No. We select the checks that apply to your property and authorized tasks during your assessment. Your report lists every check completed on that visit. Home Watch is a periodic visual service, not continuous monitoring or a specialist inspection.
